Research Student Prize
Sindh2UK announces a reward money if you are currently enrolled as student in IIT, university of Sindh, Jamshoro and have published your research result in any journal or magazine of good reputation, you deserve some credit and to collect it the details are given as under:

1. This prise is for FIRST AUTHOR ONLY (you can distribute prize money among other contributors if you wish)
2. The awardees should currently be enrolled on any BS and MS programmes only. (MPhil or PhD students are excluded)
3. About research publication
   1. Full Journal paper in the Journal of International repute (i.e. IEE or IEEE, etc)= Award in rupees equivalent of £200/=
   2. Review, short paper or letter in Journal of International repute (i.e. IEE , IEEE, OSA, etc)= Award in rupees equivalent of £150/=
   3. Full Journal paper in the Journal of National  repute  = Award in rupees equivalent of £100/=
   4. Conference paper of National or International repute= Award in rupees equivalent of £100/=
   5. Journal paper in the Journal of Provincial repute (i.e. in any University research journal)= Award in rupees equivalent of £50/=

At present due to small available funds this scheme is limited to:

1. Currently enrolled students of IIT, University of Sindh
2. Those candidates who have graduated  from IIT, University of Sindh and are still unemployed can also apply! Many students approached and requested that since they have successfully completed their graduation and currently there is nothing to do as there are no jobs available for them. However if they are given this opportunity to participate in this prize money that will not only improve their chances of success but will also increase their profile.

Special award for Girls: Sindhi language magazine research article or column in International/ National/ Local Magazine/ Newspaper = Award in rupees equivalent of £100/=

Submission of application: There are no fussy forms to submit. Simple forward your paper published in the Journal, magazine, (i.e. an electronic copy in email attachment to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). Supply a link to online publication (if any).

Prize money collection: Very simple, After confirmation, you will receive an email which gives a unique reference number. You should take that reference number along with a copy and original national ID card and Sindh University ID card to the address mentioned in the email. You may collect on very next day in any regional offices of WESTERN UNION or REMITTANCE2PAKISTAN in Sindh at Karachi, Hyderabad or Sukkur. Alternatively, suggest other convenient to you (e.g., your bank account or online account) but it may take 15-30 days for funds to be transferred.

Number of awards: At present a limited number of  FIVE awards in each category are allocated.
